Additionally, we have a dedicated technical support email to assist you with any website-related issues, such as sign up and log in problems, password assistance, and more. At TTA, we are committed to ensuring your journey with us is hassle-free, and our support team is here to help you every step of the way.

  • Troubleshooting Site Log In
    The new (2023) TTA website requires site member login, an account, to access gallery and groups pages so members can share photos, make comments and likes. Here are a few tips to overcome any issues with log in. When you visit and access the site for the first time you need to SIGN UP. You'll receive a verification code to login. Once you have an account and you need to LOG IN , for example on another device or because your password wasn't stored in the browser. You need to click LOG IN first (look for: already a member? Log in). The print for LOG IN is quite small so please make sure to click the right option. If you forgot your password you can reset it by clicking "forgot password?". You'll receive an email to reset your password. Please check your spam folder. In some instances it may take a few hours before you receive an email, this is an exception. If you continue to have issues, please send an email to "Site Inquiries".
  • I'd like to receive fewer notifications. How do I manage that?
    You can manage the notifications settings by clicking the profile icon in the upper right corner of the page. Click "My Account", then click "More", the "Settings" (under notifications). Here you'll find toggle switches for each notification.
  • I don't want my membership profile publicly visible. How to I manage my visibility
    While for the full social function of the site it is advisable to have a public profile, we understand that you may want to keep your profile private at present. You can control your visibility settings under "My Account". You can find this by clicking the profile icon in the upper right corner of a page. Click "My Account". Scroll down to "My Account Settings", then click "Profile Visibility".
  • What is the maximum number of riders in a group on the trails?
    Group trail riding is limited to six riders.
  • Can I invite guests to ride on the trails?
    The trails make use of private lands and is only accessible for members. Membership is available online.
  • What should I do when a landowner asks me to leave?
    Please remain courteous and apologize for the inconvenience causes. The leave and contact TTA about the incident.
  • How do I stop my membership to renew and how do I cancel my membership
    You have full control of your membership and your account via the profile button. Click the "My Subscription" button. Here you can manage your subscription. I you want to change your payment details you can do so under "My Wallet".
  • How is my payment data protected?
    This website is created in the WiX environment. For payment processing a WiX app is installed. How does Wix follows Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Wix’s PCI DSS compliance is externally assessed by Comsec Global, and is accredited as a level 1 service provider and merchant
  • How is my user data protected?
    This website is created in the WiX web site development environment. Similar to other major internet sites security protocols are in place. The Wix security team uses an Information Security Program based on international best practices and this program is constantly evolving to address emerging threats. This team leads the facilitation and development of procedures, processes, and controls that govern the security and integrity of Wix and our users. Information Security and the protection of customer and user data is of the highest priority to Wix.
